This 4-week business leadership program is aimed at those small business owners and entrepreneurs that are looking to take their business to the next level.
All classes will be offered in a digital format (Zoom) with corresponding business guidance available in-person (Albany, NY office only), via digital platform (Zoom, Teams, Google HangOuts, GoToMeeting & Skype) or via telephone.
The program is limited to a cohort of 30 participants and registration will be available on a first come, first serve basis. owners.

Identifying Your Definition of Success
In this session the participants will learn about how to define success for themselves, identifying their 'Success Place', how to keep their definition of success front of mind and how to utilize their 'Success Place' in decision making.
Finding and Playing to Your Strengths
In this session the participants will learn how to identify their operational, financial, marketing and customer strengths and how to utilize those strengths to become a better leader within their business.
5 Essential Leadership Skills
In this session the participants will learn about the 5 Essential Leadership Skills (Self Development Team Development Strategic Thinking in Acting Ethical Practice and Civic Mindedness Innovation), how to develop those skills and utilize them to grow their business.
Futurescaping
In this session the participants will learn about Futurescaping, a goal setting process designed specifically for small businesses and entrepreneurs. All participants will be provided with the templates for creating a Futurescaped plan for their business.
